I was deeply unsettled when Aaron left us some 18 months ago. I’m grateful Brian Knappenberger was able to capture a silver of Aaron’s impact in his documentary. I’m surprised how sadden and angry I still feel and it is bound tightly to the commitment to fix first things first.

In that vein, consider celebrating Independence Day, and Aaron’s memory, with a May Day flare (Internet Archive). Whatever you believe is most urgently broken, it will never be fixed until we strike at the root.
